Classes Ranging from Beginner to Advanced

Lady Warriors is a strong, supportive community that will inspire you to get up and start moving. Our programs are designed to allow each individual the opportunity to focus on strength training, conditioning, and endurance. We offer personal 1-on-1 training sessions along with a variety of fitness classes for large group training. Every session is designed to help each individual reach their fitness goals, regardless of experience, ability, age, or injury. Our workouts will leave you feeling motivated and confident.

Personal Training

Reach your goals faster with a passionate knowledgeable personal trainer, who will provide an extra level of attention to your workout plan. These 30 minute 1-on-1 sessions are designed to improve mobility, endurance, strength, and burn body fat. Your personal trainer will design and tailor a workout plan based off your individual goals and fitness level to provide a safe and functional workout. The personal trainer will also provide nutrition guidance from meal planning to tracking calories, progress tracking, accountability, and support, so that you can see results quicker.

Warrior Fit Group Training

Our variety of warrior fit group classes are designed to shed body fat and build lean muscle quickly by keeping your body moving through dynamic and strength building workout routines. Using functional exercises and movements that you would use in your daily life to ensure proper function. Learn proper form and technique with free weights, kettlebells, and medicine balls to prevent injury. Our coaches are able to scale each workout to your fitness and skill level. These classes are also great for building community and peer accountability with the other Lady Warriors. All warrior fit group classes are not only challenging, but fun and full of support.

Big Booty

Growing that peach takes dedication, consistency, and a plan. Every big booty class focuses on toning and sculpting the glutes, hamstrings, and quads so that you can feel confident in any pair of jeans.

Box N Burn

Cardio kickboxing is a fun workout to get your heart pumping and your body sweating. Our Box N Burn classes incorporate a mix of martial art techniques and fat burning exercises to help you build endurance, coordination, flexibility and burn calories as you build lean muscle.

POUND.Rockout.Workout

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Perfect for all fitness levels and great way to mix up your workout plan.

Active Mobility & Flexibility

Active Mobility & Flexibility focuses on safely increasing range of motion while teaching body awareness, proper breathing and muscle control while combining passive and dynamic stretching. It also helps prevent injury and can work as a counterpart to physical therapy. Suitable for all ages and levels.
